Hello, Salt Lake City — we’re Levelpro Floor Solutions LLC. I’m Joseph Robertson, owner and lead installer. Since 1999 our team has delivered durable, attractive floors across the Wasatch Front. Our tagline says it plainly: precision floor leveling and expert installations. This first post is our short introduction to the community, our services, and how we approach projects from The Avenues to Park City.
Who we are and why we started
Levelpro Floor Solutions LLC is a locally owned flooring contractor based in Salt Lake City. With more than 27 years in the trade, we started because homeowners and contractors needed reliable, long-lasting floors that begin with a stable subfloor. I personally oversee projects to ensure the work meets practical standards and looks great. We are straightforward, punctual, and committed to the details that matter—proper leveling, moisture control, and clean finish work.
What we do — services you can count on
We specialize in interior floor leveling and comprehensive subfloor repair to correct uneven or damaged surfaces before new flooring goes down. Our installation services include luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood, and tile. We also handle floor preparation, demolition and repair, baseboards and trim, and backsplash installation when the project requires it. Whether it’s a full demo and relevel or a custom LVP install in a kitchen, we focus on durable results and clean transitions.

Our approach starts with an on-site assessment to identify the root cause of uneven floors and to recommend solutions that fit your budget and timeline. We use industry-standard leveling compounds and fastening methods, and we coordinate subfloor repairs so installations last. Communication is direct: you’ll know the scope, the schedule, and any contingencies before we begin. I remain involved from estimate to final walk-through to make sure every installation meets our standards.
