Step 2 — Preparation and subfloor work
Our crew handles demo, repair, and interior floor leveling to bring the substrate into spec. Proper preparation eliminates squeaks, gaps, and future movement before installation begins.
Step 3 — Installation and finishing
We install hardwood per manufacturer guidelines, handle sanding and finishing if site-finished species are chosen, then reinstall trim and transitions. Final walkthrough confirms fit, finish, and clean job site.
