If needed, we perform demo, subfloor repair and interior floor leveling using industry-standard products. This step includes installing underlayment or backer board and ensuring proper slope and waterproofing for showers and wet rooms.
Step 3 — Tile layout and finish
We set tiles to an agreed layout, cut and fit around fixtures, grout and seal as required, then perform a final inspection with you. We clean the site, touch up trim or transitions, and provide care instructions to maximize the tile's lifespan.
